The day humanity died in Kedarnath - Uttarakhand Flood
The Uttarakhand flood survivors, who bore the brunt of nature's fury, also saw the worst of human nature. Some survivors have recorded videos of men not even sparing those who died in the floods. News24 team has access to videos shot on mobile phones by Kedarnath survivors showing unidentified men using pliers and screwdrivers to cut open jewellery from dead bodies. A video clip even showed a man cutting a hand of woman, wearing gold bangles, who had died. News24 recovered the video in Haryana.
