Kerala High Court on Friday granted bail to Tenny Joppan, former personal staff member of Chief Minister Mr Oommen Chandy, and actor/dancer Shalu Menon, two accused in the solar cheating scam. Justice S.S. Satheesachandran asked Tenny Joppan to execute a bond for 50,000 and two solvent sureties for the like amount while it asked Shalu to execute a bond for Rs 1 lakh. The court restricted the duo from leaving the state for the next six months and asked them to surrender their passports.More
