Muslim Youth League demands for Malabar State by dividing Kerala മലബാര്‍ സംസ്ഥാനം വേണമെന്ന് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ്

Youth League demands for the separation of Kerala and to form Malabar State. They opined that government should form Malabar State by including the Kasargod, Kannooru, Calicut, Malappuram, Palghat, Thrissur districts and Mahe. The demand was raised by the Malappuram district unit of Youth League at a conference.  Recently Central government passed a bill on the formation of the Telangana state recently. They are in the view that Government is neglecting the districts of north Kerala. Culture, language is also different from south Kerala. So on this basis, the government should separate the state, then only Malabar region can  develop, Youth League opined. 

കേരളത്തെ വിഭജിച്ച് മലബാര്‍ സംസ്ഥാനം രൂപീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് രംഗത്ത്. തൃശൂര്‍ മുതല്‍ കാസര്‍ഗോഡ് വരെ ഒന്നിപ്പിച്ച് മലബാര്‍ സംസ്ഥാനം രൂപീകരണമെന്നാണ് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് ആവശ്യം ഉന്നയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ സമ്മര്‍ദം ചെലുത്തണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് മുസ്ലീം ലീഗ് നേതൃത്വത്തെ സമീപിക്കാനൊരുങ്ങുകയാണ് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ കമ്മിറ്റി.

തൃശൂര്‍ മുതല്‍ കാസര്‍കോഡു വരെയുള്ള ഏഴ് ജില്ലകളും മാഹിയും നീലഗിരി ജില്ലയും ചേര്‍ത്ത് പുതിയ സംസ്ഥാനം മലബാര്‍ രൂപീകരിക്കണമെന്നാണ് യൂത്ത് ലീഗിന്റെ ആവശ്യം. മലബാറിന്റെ പിന്നാക്കാവസ്ഥ പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ മലബാര്‍ സംസ്ഥാനം രൂപീകരിക്കുക മാത്രമാണ് ഏക മാര്‍ഗമെന്ന് യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് നേതൃത്വം വാദിക്കുന്നു. ഭാഷാ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ രൂപീകരിച്ചിരുന്ന ആശയത്തിന് ഇപ്പോള്‍ പ്രസക്തിയില്ലെന്നും യൂത്ത് ലീഗ് നേതൃത്വം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
